Lionel is an associate in Incisive Law and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as Advocate and Solicitor in 2023.

• Assisted in dispute concerning vessel collision in Pasir Panjang Terminal.
• Boarded vessel and assisted in investigation involving crewmember who disappeared overnight in Indonesian waters.
• Assisted in arbitration between vessel owner and geotechnical drilling company for provision of services necessary for construction of wind farms.
• Assisted in dispute between Vessel owner and charterers pertaining to standard of cleanliness expected of cargo holds, and resulting delays from such.
• Assisted in various voyage charterparty and time charterparty disputes.
