Claire is an associate in Incisive Law.

Claire specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration matters, where she works on all types of corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholders’ disputes, breach of directors’ duties, contractual disputes, joint venture disputes, fraud and debt recovery, investment disputes, bankruptcy, insolvency-related claims, injunction applications, and regulatory issues.

Her work spans both contentious and corporate advisory matters, where she has been involved with complex, multi-jurisdictional cases of all kinds to structuring a broad range of deals and transactions. She is a dependable and solution-driven lawyer, focusing on achieving commercially sensible outcomes for clients.
