Glenn’s contentious practice focuses on maritime, shipping, and admiralty law. He has advised and represented ship owners, charterers, P&I Clubs, and insurers on various matters. These include but are not limited to vessel collisions, international trade disputes, charter party disputes, and cargo and contamination disputes. Apart from representing clients before the Singapore Courts, Glenn also has experience with alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitrations under the auspices of the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration and mediations under the Singapore Mediation Centre. Glenn also assists in non-contentions matters including advisory issues relating to the sale and purchase of vessels, commercial contracts, insolvency, and regulatory related issues.
Glenn graduated from the University of Tasmania in Australia with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019. He was admitted to both the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022 and as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia in 2024.
