Glenn is a senior associate at Incisive Law. His practice focuses on international maritime, shipping and admiralty disputes, with experience acting for shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs, marine insurers and trading companies.
Glenn advises and represents clients across a broad range of contentious matters, including vessel collisions and allisions, charterparty disputes, cargo contamination claims, international trade disputes, marine insurance coverage disputes, and sale contract disputes involving commodities such as petroleum products, crude oil and glycerin.
He has experience in litigation before the Singapore courts, as well as arbitrations conducted under the auspices of SIAC, SCMA and LMAA Rules, ad-hoc arbitrations, and mediations conducted under the Singapore Mediation Centre.
Glenn also has experience in advising on non-contentious shipping and commercial matters, such as sanctions compliance.
He graduated from the University of Tasmania in Australia with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2022. He is also admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia in 2024 on a non-practicing basis.

- Assisted in representing marine insurers in coverage disputes arising from the capsizing of a vessel under tow, involving issues of causation and whether the losses were attributable to perils of the sea
- Assisted in representing a Chinese state-owned trading company in interpleader proceedings before the General Division of the High Court of Singapore concerning oil products
